We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, all items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our supplier will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

To guarantee delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm.

Return's Terms and Conditions

No Refunds for change of mind.

Unless the item is faulty, and where a return is approved, to be eligible for a refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods and an original invoice as proof of purchase. In this instance, where a refund is being issued a $10 administration fee will apply.

Remove insert before washing. Wash separately before use. Wash dark colours separately. Cold, gentle machine wash inside out. Line dry inside out. Do not tumble dry. Warm iron on reverse if desired. Do not wring. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
