Yes - our range is delivered direct from supplier to you.

Can I return the rug if I change my mind

We do not offer refund or exchange on change of mind.

Refund/exchange is only issued for:

  • Manufacturing Faults
  • Product is not what was ordered.

Where can I see the rugs on Display

This is strictly an online only product.

Currently none of our store are displaying the product.

But - keep an eye for an update as we are working on this at present. We will post an update on this page.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Our supplier will ship your order with in 2 business days of receiving it.

All Australian Capital Cities
Delivery is 2-5 business days

Regional/Remote Areas
Delivery 4-7 business days from dispatch date.

When will you ship my order?

Your total order must be fully paid before it is sent to supplier for shipping.

Can I order other items with my rug?

Yes, you can order other items with your rug, in one transaction. In this instance you will get split delivery because the rug ships direct to you, whilst other items will come from other warehouses and will ship separately.

Do you delivery to a PO Box?

No - we do not delivery to post office box

There must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm on the date you have been notified the delivery will be made.

Can I order instore even if it's an online only product?

Yes - our instore comfy expert are happy to take your order.

Once fully paid our systems will send your order to our supplier to be delivered to you.

Can I pick up an online only from a store?

No - all our online only products are dropship items and can only be delivered to your home.
