When you buy a suited OMF mattress protector at the same time as your OMF mattress, your mattress is covered by the OMF comfort guarantee.
If for any reason, after using the mattress for a minimum of 14 nights you are not completely happy with your new mattress feel, please contact your store for further instructions. If eligible, OMF will then exchange your mattress for another comfort level or model in our range subject to terms and conditions set out at the time of purchase.
All OMF mattresses come with a comprehensive warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years. Your warranty guarantees that any OMF mattress sold with structural flaws, faulty parts or inferior workmanship will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the buyer. That should help you sleep even easier.
