The Forest Stewardship Council ̈ (FSC ̈) is a global nonprofit dedicated to the promotion of responsible forest management worldwide. We request all our furniture and timber product partners only use FSC certified timber in our products. In order to supply FSC ̈ certified wood, primary product suppliers have to prove our forests are managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable manner.

We have partnered with The Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), a a not-for-profit organisation leading the development of a circular economy for packaging in Australia. We collaborate with their initiatives to keep packaging materials out of landfill and retain the maximum value of the materials, energy and labour within the local economy
OMF is constantly innovating with new products, and we've recently started sourcing certain components from AWS (Agro Wise Steel), a German company known for their eco-friendly wire. They place a strong emphasis on sustainability, employing practices such as mechanical descaling, eco-friendly lubricants, extraction systems, energy efficiency, waste heat recovery, optimised water circulation, systematic waste management, and minimising CO2 emissions through efficient production and transport.
OMF suppliers - including our overseas suppliers - are subject to OMF team, and independent third party audits on both pre scheduled, and randomly assigned formats. The scope of these audits aligns OMF 's expectation of suppliers facility, safety, people, and product quality and sourcing ensuring that all OMF partners are aligned towards best practice, workplace health and environmental
We are reviewing our processes and procedures to limit printing where possible. While we understand the necessity of printed POS materials for promotions, we're committed to minimising our paper usage by reusing materials whenever possible. Additionally, we're embracing digital communication methods both internally and externally to reduce our environmental impact.
