Change of Mind / Damaged Goods Policy:

All returned products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition, including all packaging.
If you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund (minus a 25% fee for shipping and handling, covering delivery and pickup costs).
Once return approval is granted, we will send a return label and courier instructions. After receiving and confirming the item's condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Initially unimpressed then pleasantly surprised

I spent a while online looking for the cheapest divan bed base for my new mattress. This product was cheapest and free delivery very appealing. I wanted a ready made base as cannot b bothered to put anything together so chose a divan base for a simple solution. It arrived promptly in a few days but to my horror i was not ready made it was a load of metal strutts in a box??? So then im thinking how can this be material covered divan base and found a packet of grey material. I was really annoyed that i had the trouble of putting together a metal bedbase that i assumed would come in 1 piece. I then paid a handyman to have to put it together. It took him about 30 mins. It wasnt really simple but a cluey handyman could do this. Its end result was very study and the grey material was actually quite genius as its actually a fitted sheet but thicker. It stretches beautifully over the metal base and will never slip off as each corner had a hole that a leg on each corner screwed into. It was absolutely fabulous. Apart from the hassle of putting it together its really an excellent product. The price is excellent and free dea bonus. I would give this 5 stars and would DEFINITELY buy again. 🙂
