Warehouse Team Member
A bit about the role:
- Operating MHE for outbound and inbound stock movements.
- Ensure incoming suppliers have relevant paperwork (invoices) prior to unloading the truck
- Ensure stock delivered from suppliers matches delivery documentation
- Ensure stock is quality checked and then received in the system (scanned)
- Move stock to designated storage areas, ensuring that stock movements are recorded (scanned) in the system
- Assist with Cycle Counting as required
- Ensure high level of driver safety at all times
- Forklift / Order Picker Maintenance and Safety
A bit about you:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse operation is desirable
- Forklift and LO license
- Desire to achieve, meet and exceed targets
- Strong focus on safety standards
- Customer service focus
- Continuous improvement approach
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic problem-solving skills

A bit about us
We are OMF. We opened our very first store in 2006 in Prospect, NSW and we have grown to become 49 retail stores across 4 states (and growing). At the heart of what we do, we believe in providing good quality, innovative, comfortable mattresses supported by exceptional customer service at a value price.
We have recently brought our Warehousing and Logistics in-house and it is a very exciting time in the history of OMF. The business now has complete ownership of the end-to-end customer experience – from stock arriving at a port, into the warehouse, into a store and into our customer’s homes.
There is no “us versus them” we all work together towards the common goal of making our customers 100% happy and 100% comfy
