Great service, good matresses but unfortunately still smell three weeks on

I purchased three urban matresses from Campbelltown store. The service was great, price fantastic and it didn't take long to receive our delivery. We purchased two queen urban medium matresses (one for a friend) and a double plush urban matresses for our spare room, along with a queen base.
The matresses are great to lie on with good back support the only problem being we just can't get rid of the chemical off gassing smell they keep omitting. My friend has aired her queen matresses for seven days without lying on it with fans and air filter going and I have been doing the same on and off during the day. It's been three weeks and I'm constantly having to wash my sheets and matress protectors and air out during the day.
I'm just hoping it will get better as they are great matresses to lie on just can't stand this off gassing or whatever smell it is coming from them.
