Home Delivery

All Products marked for online only will be delivered directly to you from our supplier's warehouse by a third (3rd) party courier such as Australia Post or another similar courier type service.  A delivery charge will apply.

you will receive a message either via email or sms to provide you tracking details following the shipping of your order.  Please note you cannot chose a specific day or time for these postal/courier deliveries.

Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane Metro up to 5-7 business days
Adelaide Metro/ACT up to 10-14 business days
Regional (NSW/VIC/QLD) up to 14-16 business days

Other Important Delivery information

If you are not home for a delivery, in some case re-delivery may be possible. Please note items will only be held for approximately 3-5 days and then returned to the supplier if unclaimed.
As this item ships directly to you, it will not be combined with any other items in your order; any other items in your order will be shipped separately.

When ordering more than one of the same product, multiple delivery fee’s will apply as many of our products are bulky and heavy and typically we are unable to ship these together for health and safety reasons. 

Delivery is not available to all postcodes in Australia. To check if this product is available for delivery to your address please check if your postcode is listed in the Online Only Delivery Areas of the FAQ section of this page. 
Online Only items are not on display in OMF stores and are not available for pick up from our stores.

Return is possible where the item you bought is faulty. Change of mind however may not be possible and it is up to the third party supplier to validate. Where the third party supplier accepts to return the item, they may charge you a restocking fee. This fee is calculated by the supplier, please ask the OMF team member for more information.

Our delivery costs are staggered based on distance from your local store. Your Delivery cost is worked out automatically using geo-location or by manually entering your full address on our website via the product page or at checkout.

NSW/ACT/QLD/VIC:
$80 within 15km of your nearest store (Tier 1).
$110 within 15.01km-30km of your nearest store (Tier 2).
$130 within 30.01km-50km of your nearest store (Tier 3).
$170 within 50.01-80km of your nearest store (Tier 4).
$240 within 80.01km-150km of your nearest store (Tier 5).
$360 within  150.01km-250km from your nearest store (Tier 6). 

Currently we only deliver in NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT. Some special delivery offers to other states may apply from time to time and if you want delivery to an area outside what we have mentioned above, please reach out to our customer service team by leaving a chat message or your local OMF store.
