BC7 Plush Long Single Mattress

The customer service at the Ballarat store is exceptional. We made our 1st mattress purchase with OMF in November 2023. Both Jalia and Simone were very patient and understanding and able to find the perfect match for my daughter and her mattress.
We have just made our second mattress purchase at the Ballarat store; this time trying to find the perfect solution for my husband and I. He needs a firm mattress to support his back injuries and I need a plush mattress. Once again both Simone and Jalia were extremely helpful showcasing options. We made our decision overnight, returning the next day to purchase two long single BC7 Mattresses; one plush and one firm. We can now connect the mattresses as a king bed and both have a perfect sleep together. We are extremely satisfied with the service and were extremely happy with the price. I had purchased a bed from OMF previously. however, due to the onset of arthritis in my spine I desperately needed a new sleep solution. With support from the manager, Stu, I was given an AWESOME deal on the Bc7 mattress on a motion base and an appropriate pillow. I was able to try the combination in-store and I received my new bed promptly. Oh My Goodness! I can now actually sleep in a bed again. It feels like a cloud, yet is fully supportive. I"m often asleep before the massage function turns off! Thank you OMF - I couldn"t sleep without you!
